It is written: “For everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under the heavens … a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.” – Ecclesiastes 3:1, 3-4
I, Thomas, had the privilege to briefly meet F. T. Eagle in person at the Listugui, Quebec 11th Annual Traditional Pow-Wow, August 1-3, 2003.
Above right: Tom’s sacred ashes from Listugui Pow-Wow. They have not been used as of 12-11-16- I am waiting for the appointed time!
The Algonquin Wabanaki Sovereign Nation’s summer activities of 2003 included a sacred peace pipe ceremony in Newport, Vermont. Present was the AWSN Council members, special friends, and Hon. Dr. Pierre Fournier, H. E. Ambassador At Large for Indian Peoples in Americas. Dr. Fournier was the last living member of the League of Nations [1920-1946] which preceded the United Nations. (Pierre Fournier passed away in 2006.) Thomas Millington, Ambassador partook of this sacred peace ceremony. In conversation prior to the ceremony, it was made known to Dr. Fournier that I, Tom, was a Christian. Despite the fact that Dr. Fournier’s grandfather was killed by a “Christian”, the ceremony came to pass for good! (Note- the word Christian is in quotations imputing that it was not a true Christian walking in the love of Christ Jesus (Jesus killed no one!), but instead a misguided person. Because such ceremonies are sacred and not allowed to be filmed or pictures taken, none are provide; however, for some proof that I was truly in Dr. Fournier’s presence, I can offer copies of his credentials that I was handed.
“History has shown, that rather than serving as a force of peace, “religions have served to foment (instigate) scores of horrendous and bloody wars,’ and religious leaders who have ordered their followers, in the name of religion, to kill indiscriminately, ‘have done so by hijacking and distorting the religions in whose name they speak.’” – Israel Singer; World Jewish Congress, Report/Fall 2005, page 7

“Abandonment of early pacifist principles began at the conversion of Constantine from paganism to Christianity. He virtually made the church an agency of Roman State, and abandoning her anti-military convictions.” -C. J. Cadoux, historian
The following is an excerpt of when the true Government and Church of Jesus Christ was first “hijacked” –VHS tape: The Reconciliation Walk, From Europe to Jerusalem (1999); Defusing the bitter Legacy of the Crusades… and lessons for today:
“In the 4th century [A.D.], an emperor of the Roman Empire by the name Constantine reported that one afternoon he fell into a trance and had a dream or a vision. He saw a great jewel encrusted cross. And he heard the words “conquer by this.” He awoke from his dream He called his generals and his goldsmiths together and he ordered them all to take their ceremonial spears and to make crosses of them and then to go out to battle with this cross at the head. Of course, in one day he completely subverted the meaning of the cross. But he went on from there with his empire to seduce the “church” with power. The one thing that persecution and even martyrdom that had been the mark of the Church since its inception was unable to do, he did with power. The laws which the State used to persecute Christianity were now used by the “church” to persecute all others. And so the stage was set for on going centuries of abusive power by something called the “church”. From then on the virus of human power has affected the Church [of Yeshua/ Christ Jesus]. But today it seems that somehow God, by His Spirit, is drawing millions people back to centrality of Jesus Christ. His example, and his teachings.”
